The hostel was very clean and had amazing views of the sea from our balcony on the top floor. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was perhaps one of the best features, as it is right in the mix of things. Ie. opposite the beach, either next door to or walking distance to cool bars and restaurants. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The Caribic house is a good place to stay when you like the tourist life in Montego Bay. It takes about 20 minutes to walk downtown. The rooms are clean and staff is very friendly and helpfull. Nice rooms, great location, security at the front door at all times, only downfall is that they don't keep any spare room keys on the premises between 5pm-9am so if you get your bag stolen or lost you'll be sleeping on the street that night. I booked and paid for a double room but was given a twin which I had to share with my husband! It a good thing we only stayed the one night as that would be a real problem. But the place was clean, in a good location and a great view from the balcony.
