great location. simple, basic and clean: ideal. excellent value for $$. i have definitely stayed in worse places and paid far more! 5 mins to airport :)

I thought the room was very clean. I didn't like the fact that there wasn't breakfast included. I also didn't like the fact that there wasn't WIFI available. Other than that, it was a great place to stay. It's literally in the center of everything. I rarely took a cab, and when i did it was because I didn't feel like walking in the heat. I would recommend this guest house to anyone who wishes to stay in Montego Bay.

Very nice place, located in the heart of doctor\'s cave beach. Good view. Excellent place for its price.

A quirky place, but the location can't be beat if you want a night or two in Montego. I had the same room as last year; the bathroom faucet still drips, the second french door no longer opens due to some problem with the latch, there is no longer internet service. But the view from top floor is nice, I thought staff were reasonably helpful, and it was nice to hit the beach across the street and take a break whenever I felt like it.

Great value. It's right on the hip strip, one block from margaritaville, across the street from an indoor atm, one block from a casino,2 blocks from a grocery store, near a lot of gift shops and restaurants, and aquasol beach. The view from our room on the 3rd floor was beautiful (no elevator), we had hot water, a fridge, and an a.c. its not.the ritz but its comfortable. The staff is friendly enough, and it's clean. Do not leave food inside your trash or the room will become infested with ants

The only thing we missed was a common area/bar or restaurant, but on the other hand you had plenty of that just outside the door.

Caribic House is in th perfect location. Close enough to downtown Montego Bay and right by many shops, clubs, restaurants and the beach. The rooms were as expected and the staff were friendly and accommodating? I would definitely stay here again if I were to return to Montego Bay

make sure not to get a room on the down floor but on one of the upper floors, the room are fine and a great view of the bay

Pros: great position, room-cleaning every day, there's a security at the entrance, air conditioning, fridge Cons: no internet available, the balcony has view on another building, poor and old accesories
