The location is good, it's just outside the heart of Rome and a simple bus ride in. The rooms are nice, the beds are big and it's very spacious. The bathroom wasn't the cleanest, however and the shower leaked. You don't expect a good atmosphere when choosing to stay here- it's not a youth hostel. Overall very enjoyable and the staff were very friendly.

Our stay here was great! Trastevere (pronounced Trast-iv-it-tee) was an amazing part of Rome to experience and its not that far from the train station which can get you to the Termini in about 10 minutes. The rooms and kitchen were pretty basic but overall very clean. The breakfast was better than every other B&B we stayed at and even included eggs! Phil was super nice and accomodating. Only drawback was we had a bit of trouble finding it. Street #'s in Rome aren't laid out very good.
