It's non very clean. Doors and windows are old. Staff is very helpful, kind and friendly. The bus stop is near the hotel.

Staff were friendly and helpful, and rooms were clean and well presented. Location is a half hour bus ride or so from downtown Valetta, but correspondingly closer to the night life of St. Julian, so it depends what you want. Perhaps a bit lacking in personality, but as a basic hotel certainly sufficient. And a lovely roof patio!

We enjoyed our stay however had a problem with breakfast; the hostelworld site said 'breakfast included' with a tick next to it on its hotel page so we assumed breakfast was included. On our checkout we were asked to pay for breakfast and had to show the receptionist the hostelworld website on my phone and he phoned up head office before agreeing we did not have to pay.
