I was only there for a few days, but i was welcomed into the wonderful Carpe Community right away! Thanks for the great stay!

Two nights turned quickly into five at Carpe Noctem, the charter member of the infamous Budapest Party Hostels cartel. In addition to their obvious penchant for throwing badass parties, the staff is extremely knowledgeable about Boo-da-pest and will make sure you leave with a comprehensive appreciation for this rad little city. If you're not staying at C.N. you're doing yourself a serious disservice -- this is easily one of the best hostels on this planet. Go on, book it.

One of the most welcoming hostels I've ever stayed in! After traveling alone for many months its refreshing to spend time with like minded people. Chilling during the day, and being informed of all the must do's which are actually all amazing! Position is fantastic, close to everything I wanted to do, and the nightly activities were guarreented to keep everyone entertained! Loved this place, and because of it, I extended my stay a few days. Comparisons from here are going to be tough!

There are no words to describe how amazing this Hostel is, except maybe " #1 in Hungry" :) and there are so many reasons why, the main one being the staff. They are amazing, from their knowledge of the city, their recommendations of day activities (and help booking them) and the awesome night adventures they take you on. Claws, Scrumpy and the rest of the crew made my trip in Budapest so freaking amazing it was VERY hard to leave... But no worries, i WILL be back, and this time I may not leave!

It's pretty simple, if you can't have an outrageously wonderful time in Budapest with these friendly, funny, supremely awesome group of people, then you should probably just stay at home anyway!

In over 6 months of travelling this is my favourite hostel, I've stayed here 4 times and they definitely make sure you get the most out of Budapest. The entire team is so much fun and sexy. Looking forward to returning one day. Love Franko ;)

I can't say enough good things about this hostel... The staff is awesome and will make you feel right at home. The hostel itself is up a million steps but its totally worth the walk. You can stop reading reviews now and just book this hostel.

Carpe Noctem is an amazing hostel located right in the heart of Budapest. Perfect for young travellers who are looking to meet friendly staff and guests and have a cracking time. I had a brilliant stay and would recommend it to everyone. YOLO!!!

Staying at Carpe Noctem was definitely the highlight of my trip! The experience of staying there is incredible - the staff are amazing, and I met so many great people staying there. It's an excellent place particularly for solo travelers, as the staff make you feel part of their family for your time in Budapest. The experiences I had there are unforgettable, and I will try and return whenever I can!

My group and I had an amazing weekend at this hostel. Everything was very clean and the atmosphere was amazing. Led by a great staff that really knows how to show you a good time, this is definitely the place to stay if you really want to experience Budapest!

This is a wicked hostel! The staff are amazing, the atmosphere is cozy and inviting, and the place is as clean as a whistle. The hostel is rather small, which is sweet because you get a bit more of a chilled out and personal experience, but it goes out every night with larger sister hostels making for some pretty sweet parties. I couldn't get over how impressed I was during my stay, they really pull out all the stops to make sure that you do Budapest justice during your visit. HIGHLY recommend!!

Carpe Noctem absolutely made my trip to Budapest amazing. The hostel was clean and the beds were very comfy. The staff were champs and took us out every night and told us where to go during the day. The hostel felt like home and was a great place to come back to after all our adventures through Budapest! It was terribly sad leaving and I wish I could have stayed longer but this hostel convinced me to book another trip back to Budapest!

Awesome hostel but make sure to put on you pArty boots. Best party hostel I've ever been to ,the nightly events are amazing.

This place is awesome!! The staff are fantastic and know everything about everything, the hostel is always clean and the parties are always fun! I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent vibe in the hostel. Extremely helpful crew, they gave great locations for eating and for having a blast of an evening. Hostel is located ideally for exploring the city itself and closeby to some excellent party clubs. So to conclude: very good hostel if you want to combine sightseeing at day and partying at night!

I think it is a super awesome hostel. It was clean and I was never scared that my stuff would be stolen. The staff love there job so they do a very good job. It is also a nice hostel if you don`t want to party but just see Budapest. I would recommend this hostel for my family and friends.

Carpe Noctem is the best hostel in the entirety of Europe. The staff are amazing, the place is clean, cozy and welcoming. I (like everyone) really struggled to leave, and I will definitely be back.
