Best week eveeerrr. This hostel is like a home away from home be sure to stay for at least a week you won't want to leave. They know how to party but they sure know how to clean the next day. We will definitely be coming back 100%. Miss that family already!

Great hostel with really cool people. However, there were no locks on the doors and only small lockers which made me a little nervous.

If you're going to Budapest, you need to stay at Carpe Noctem! Claws and the rest of the staff are the coolest people you'll ever meet, super friendly, will tell you about the ins and outs of the city, and will make your Budapest trip! They'll take you out every night to awesome bars, where you can meet tons of other fun travelers! And the hostel itself is very clean, feels super homey that it feels like you're chilling at your friend's house! Loved every bit of it!

Carpe Noctem is the best hostel I have ever stayed in. No where else will you be greeted by such a warm and welcoming staff. Their enthusiasm for Budapest will leave you in love with the city before you've even had time to explore it. Every night the hostel organizes events promising you'll have a great time and guaranteeing you will leave Budapest with a new best friend. Budapest is an amazing city but staying at Carpe Noctem will make your trip unforgettable. Clean and Comfy.

Been traveling for 6 months&have stayed in plenty of rad hostels, but CarpeNoctem was hands down, without a doubt THE BEST. The staff is unreal, some of the most kind/crazy/amazing people you will ever meet. They make you love the town and never want to leave! The hostel has everything you need/homey atmosphere/super clean/no hidden costs! They plan amazing things to do and show you the town in the least touristy way possible. Please, do yourself a favor and stay here. You won´t regret it :)

These guys are like a family, and ready to take you to unusual city tours and the craziest parties! The hostel's location is excellent, and very nice facilities as well.
