Wi-fi didn't reach the upper floor

Cute hostel. Rooms are very clean and the staff helpful and friendly. The Wifi barely makes it to the first floor and we were on the 3rd. Highly inconvenient and disappointing, especially when you pay more for a hostel that clearly lists free Wifi. The location is not bad, set in a quiet street not too far from the plazas, but far from the beach and the not easily accessible from the bus/train station. The reception times have to match your arrival time or it can be troublesome.

Thanks for another great stay, love the update of the bathrooms

The hike to the hostel was abit far but manageable. The staff is friendly and the interior of the hostel is very cosy and soothing.i loved what they did with the common room.

The location of the Hostel was excellent and the staff was very helpful in navigating the city. However, my room had a very strong weird odor and I didn't appreciate coming in during the day to find the staff had left the door to my bedroom wide open with no one watching it, especially when the bedroom door is 2 feet from the entrance of the hostel. It didn't seem like the bathrooms were cleaned on a regular basis since the same dead cockroach remained on the floor for what seemed like 2 days.

Hola! Thank you very much for your review. We are very sorry for any inconvenience that you had during your stay with us. You stayed in a shared room and therefore it happens that the door to the room is sometimes open since other guests are going in and out of the room as well. Our bathrooms and communal areas are cleaned on a daily basis and we usually get very good critics for our cleanliness. We hope that you still enjoyed your stay and our city. Saludos!

A very nice place to spend some days in Malaga. It's a pity they don't offer breakfast but the place is great. The staff also very nice and helpful. The hostel is very good located. I would recommend it for sure.

The staff was very nice and the room was very good for the low price we paid!

The thing that makes this hostel noteworthy is the fantastic service from the staff, really welcoming and accommodating. The management clearly take a pride in the service they provide. The free tea, coffee and cleanliness of the kitchen are symptomatic of a well run hostel. Very impressed, would certainly recommend to others.

Small, family-like, hostel close to the city center. Staff was exceptionally nice, welcoming and helpful. Rooms were functional and clean. Only one bathroom for approx. 10 people on the floor, might be a problem in the morning. WIFI was working well. Small kitchen on the groundfloor where they offered tea and coffee, the fridge could be used for personal items for breakfast etc. since they didn't offer breakfast in the house itself (but in another hostel that belongs to the same person).
