Casa Aldina was probably the best hostel I stayed at while in all of Italy. Carla, the owner, was kind, helpful and gave us advice all the way through. Great hostel. Super clean too. And smells good. I highly recommend.

Casa Aladina is like a home away from home in an ancient little city. San Gimignano is tranquil in itself, however, its tranquility is made all the more so when returning 'home' to Casa Aladina. Carla, who runs the casa, is an exceptional and special individual. I have never met a more helpful, generous, kind and hardworking person. Unlike other accommodations once you are checked in you are given complete privacy and space. Clean and modern, yet authentically San Gimignano.

Carla is wonderful! She speaks English and was born in one of the rooms, so she has lots of tips on everything. A lovely place within the walls of the city.

Casa Aladina is a neat, tidy hostel in the heart of San Gimignano. The owner is friendly and helpful (advice about restaurants, buses etc.) and has decorated the rooms beautifully. I'd certainly stay here again, it was great value for money and had a relaxed feel.
