Great kitchen, good security, superb location (right on the beach), Paul the host was excellent and very caring. We extended our stay because the vibe was so relaxing and enjoyable. Rooms are clean and have everything you need. There is a great market in town so its easy to cook, as well as a few lovely restaurants around. Nice place to come and relax for a while. I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Probably the best place I've stayed in all South America. Paul (host) was an absolute legend, with local knowledge and advice. A really cool environment to relax in and drink beers while over looking the ocean. Make sure you book in advance as this place gets booked out quickly.

It was absolutly perfect. We arrived right after the santa cruz trek and it was the perfect place to relax. The rooms are really nice with a lot of lovely details. The staff is very nice and helpfull. Absolutly nothing to complain about!

The location, view of the ocean, lovely grounds and flowers plus the helpful and cordial staff of Casa Amelia all contributed to our enjoyment of the Huanchaco area.

Great place to stay very welcoming, couldn't do enough for us. They allowed early checking and late check out.

One of the best places I've stayed in Peru. It's a brilliant place to take a break while traveling and enjoy the beach and try some surfing!
