I have emailed them directly. There were critical areas where items promised on their booking site were not met and where cleanliness was not up to standard at a basic level. The good news is that the place can be improved quite easily as all of the areas wanting were in the basics category.

- Cheap and quite central (first hostal in El Poblado) hostal, I paid 45.000 COP for a single room with shared bathroom. - Friendly and helpful staff (Lucia!) - The shared bathroom should be kept a bit cleaner/should be cleaned more often.

The staff are very helpful and nice. Stayed in the 14 bed dorm and it was ok, moved to pit stop latter and it's is a big no go! Then tiger paw and it is in a much better place in the city and more fun. But this place was good.

I have stayed in Casa Blanca several times during my visits to Medellin and I am very pleased with it. It is one of the very few hostels where people don't go partying, drinking or getting high. If you want a quite place at a very great location (close to lleras park, supermarket, etc) then this is the place to be.

B"H Our Hostel has a total of 5 bathroms/5 showers, we do not advertise pool nor free brekfast or restaurant, and the use of drugs are stricted prohibited. we are a very clean and safe hostel end the mayority of hostels in Medellin have converted the garage areas in dorm rooms.
