One of the best I stayed in Spain, the view from here with Sierra Nevada and La Alhambra is awesome. Totally stay there in the next time I come to Granada
This place had an AMAZING 180 view of the Alhambra. We got a free room upgrade on our first night to a private room with its own balcony. Two guys that own it gave it a really personal touch and were super helpful with things to do and where to eat. Great breakfast each morning and we had a yummy home cooked meal for 5 euro. Really clean too. The atmosphere is more low key and relaxing which suited us well. We would definitely come back!
By far, the best hostel experience I've ever had. Only regret was that I didn't get to stay longer, as I checked into another pre-booked hostel nearby after a few days. Amazing breakfast out on the porch each morning with a breathtaking panoramic view of the Alhambra and Sierra Nevadas. Matteo and the rest of the staff are wonderful. Clean, secure, and relaxing. Would recommend this place to anyone. I will definitely be back. If you come to Granada and don't stay here, it's a mistake!
Great great hostel! I'd love to go back to granada in summer to really make use of the hostel. The staff is really nice and helpful and patient! and the rooms are pretty cute etc, would be prefect if the lockers were bigger and the toilets in a better shape..
My boyfriend and I loved our stay at Casa Bomba and would stay there again! We got a huge room with closet, big washroom and bath tub. The view of The Alhambra is dreamy and we enjoyed the terrace with the pool inbetween site seeing. The staff is very helpful. Only forewarning is if you are allergic to feather bedding, I would advise you to tell them in advance and check your bedding again when you get there. Other than that, wonderful!!
Excellent location! The view of the Alhambra is amazing. And which hostel has a pool? This one does!
Loved it! Great hostel in a beautiful centre. The breakfast was amazing. The staff were great, especially loved the walking tour up to the high point to watch the sunset and get a view of Granada.

I totally recommend staying here! (Stayed 1 night in 8-bed dorm)
The hostel has a great view of Alhambra and that's the main reason why I prefered this one. The main patio has a swimming pool, small though, but still positively affects the ambiance. That is not a party hostel, good for a quiet night sleep. There was nothing much going on in the common room but they offer a free walking tour. The bathroom was very clean and organised.
Although getting around the Albacín to find the hostel was like walking into a maize, all worth it for the aventure and also for the comfort that was provided! Magical hostel in a magical place :)

By far, this was the best accomidation we have come across in ALL europe, Never had i had a more plesant experience. We had the most amazing view of the Alhambra from my bed window!! The walking tour was lovely, and the city was even better.
Amazing views of the Alhambra, great location, friendly staff! A bit tricky to find at first but once you know where it is, it's fine! I would definitely stay again.
Casa Bombo is a great choice in Granada: unique view over the Alhambra, beautiful neighborhood, comfortable rooms, clean common areas and a fantastic terrace, swimming pool included! The breakfast is also good and the staff are nice and helpful. Extremely reccomendable!
What a great find! Such a friendly place with an eclectic mix of nationalities and ages, groups and individuals. The views of the Alhambra were amazing and the terrace was great for chilling out. I wish I had taken my swimsuit to try out the pool. I also wish I had had more time to spend at Casa Bombo to try one of the evening meals. The fresh bread for breakfast was amazing!
Casa bombo is an ideal spot for the view of la Alhambra, breathtaking regardless of the time of the day! The rooms are cosy, spacious and clean and the staff is warm and welcoming. The hostel is located a short and beautiful walk away from the main street of Gran Via and the cathedral and about 20 minute walk from la Alhambra. There are also most of the recommended tapas places by tripadvisor nearby. Overall a great place to get a feel of the wonders that Granada has to offer!
Casa Bombo was tranquil, and all facilities were absolutely in order. Lovely place, with your windows opening onto the terrace with a little pool and a great view of the Alhambra. Good breakfast with really fresh bread and salmorejo. Be careful to put your valuables in the lockers though, some roommates might leave the windows open when going for a swim :) Staff are a varied bunch; the place gets its character mostly from the location,
Absolutely awesome! I was very impressed with this hostel. The staff was super nice and very welcoming. One of the staff members took the time to completely explain the city to us. The facilities are great for the value. I stayed in a 4 bed room and the door opened out to the patio. The patio itself includes a lot of seating, a bed, and a pool (even though its quite small). The only negative would be that it is quite high in the city and the walk up is a little rough but it's worth it!

The view of the Alhambra from this hostel is simply amazing. I met some wonderful friends there and spent a great night in drinking at the hostel bar. Staff are hit and miss but generally helpful. Only negative was the 2 bathrooms for the entire hostel which meant waiting in the morning for your turn to go to the loo!
I had a great time in casa bombo, great atmosphere and friendly clerks. But it's really hard to find when I first went there, cuz the road is so complicated.
A worthwhile challenge to find. Warm, family feel that embraces you as you enter. Incredible view of the Ahlambra, especially at night. Delicious breakfast with homemade bread, fresh fruit and plenty of coffee. Only disappointment was that we accidentally left two bottles of olive oil, that were a gift, behind and the hostel was not able to find them when we sent a friend to pick them up.
