A typical backpackers over the other hotel style hostels you can find in Malaga. Expect it’s a really brilliant place when they are more guests but I was there in the Winter time and it was rather quiet although owner included me in dinner on Xmas eve. Didn't bother me too much but it is a longer walk from the main sites.

Like in a previous year,Casa Caracol still in the top of hostels of Costa de la Luz This must be truth!! Another lovely stay.At this time,I couldn't spend there as much time,as I wanted(duties) I'll be patient as Caracol must be :-) and wait til the next year,to do some surfing.

Unfortunately the staff treat you more like a nuisance than a guest.

Great stay, would recommend!

The staff is very nice. In addition the rooms are very CLEAN! The hammock and outdoor shower on the roof was pretty awesome too! I would recommend Casa Caracol to all my friends going to Cádiz.

its a cozy place, everyone happy

Loved this place, especially the hammocks! It had a sweet atmosphere and made it easy to interact with other travelers. Delicious dinners and fun day trips. Would return 100%!

I really liked the atmosphere of the hostel, but some points must be said: First of all, it will be good if they have more computers with internet available, there was only one. The breakfast was not so good, there was no bread, only pancakes. I thought it would be better. I'm not asking for a big breakfast, only the basic: coffee, bread, butter, milk, that's all. On the other hand, the staff was really really kind. And the bathroom without ceiling in the last floor was something awesome!!

This was a very chilled, environmentally friendly focused hostel. Unfortunately the kitchen had lots of flies and the water pressure in the shower was very poor (saving water is an aim for them) but otherwise it was a nice hostel with good people.
