This is a very nice, informal place. The ownes (and his friends) take care of everything and makes sure, that everybody feels good. The common spaces are great (indoor with a fire place and outdoom with sun), rooms and bathrooms are clean. It's a good choice for this price:)

Stay on the main strip instead. Nice staff. Breakfast is not included. Ask for mosquito netting.

This hostel has so much potential but there's not enough focus on the things that matter - a kitchen is great but not if it's filthy and there is nothing to cook with, and free coffee is also a bonus but there were no cups, just second-hand pot noodle tubs. The staff are friendly and helpful, the showers are hot, and smokers will feel right at home, but for us, the room was icy cold, the weed smoking was incessant and the location wasn't quite central enough, despite the cheaper prices.

This hostel was a real nice experience! I stayed there for some nights more than I had planned, and that's always a good sign. I loved this huge garden, the sun in the mornings, the cute pets! Juan and his cousin Ricky were very nice and helpful and definitely contributed to my nice memories of San Cristobal! On the map it might look not very central but the walking distance is only 5 - 10 minutes and for the garden and the atmosphere, it's really worth it!

Amazing staff, very friendly and really helpful - they gave loads of advice on where to go and what to see. Great energy about the place, with a beautiful garden and lots of space for chatting with the other guests and the staff. Clean kitchen and lovely comfortable beds. I had an awesome stay!!

Excellent hostel! Very nice and helpful staff that have made a great job creating a homey and chilled out atmosphere. The kitchen is well equiped and has a lot of common stuff such as spices, brilliant coffee and so on.. Rooms are spacious with big comfortable beds and clean sheets and blankets. There is a big garden area perfect for hanging out and also their own vegipatch and goofy pets. A place I definitely come back to!
