Easy access - walking distance from Central (Railway Square). Facilities (wifi, laundry, kitchen, shared bathroom) worked flawlessly. Only A/C was missed.

when walked in the room, one window frame was already on the floor, when tried to open another window, the whole frame wasn't attached to the wall neither, also put it on the room floor. there is no air con and through out the night, there are many noise from outside cars or drunk people screaming. stayed on 2nd floor, for girls there is only one small toilet. wifi is not strong. can't stay on roof top after 10pm, even we just wanted to sit there and didnt make any noise

I think it's pretty good what you pay for. Bathroom, toilets and kitchen are clean. Don't have to share with many people and beds are pretty comfy. I def recommend this hostel who likes cosy place to stay with nice bunch of people ;) Only issue, there're lots of lockers in the rooms but no available keys either lock pad holes! So you can use only safety box at the receptions.Better than nothing!!! Besides, the rooms re a bit funny smell due to old building! But It doesn't bother ya much!

Excellent place. Clean, close to everything, quiet so I could have a good night's sleep. Will stay there again whenever I'm in Sydney

Hostel had everything I needed for my stay quick booking in and free Wifi which was nice as most places are at a cost.

I really enjoyed my stay here, a very small hostel compared to others in the local area which allowed you to get to know people a bit more and had a real homely feel about it. The staff were really friendly and helpful and quite happy to give you advice and info on the local area. The common room was really nice, it had a couple of sofas, computer with internet access and printer, massive flatscreen tv and games console. Also because the common room was small it made you interact with others.

Although the location was near to central points there were many better locations in this area. The rooms and facilities had several shortcommings in terms of cleanliness. It seams the floor was never vacuumed and the wall of the bathrooms never mopped.

The girl in reception helped us to checked-in after business hours which was really good, because we arrived quite late. But the place in general was worse then I expected, because it was hard to find reception desk. The 4 bed dorm which we had was smelling so bad, that it was hard to sleep during the night. And room was really small, it was even hard to fit our luggage in it. The bathroom was dirty with hairs in the sink. We spent there only one night and were really happy about that.

Good location, short walk to city central but also close to Glebe and Newtown (great eats!). Only stayed one night but the dorm room was really large with 2 separate rooms that each had 1 bunk bed, desk, and locker. Staff was friendly and they had free tea and coffee, plus a scale if you need to weight your luggage!

Staff were fantastic - so friendly and helpful! Location is wonderful, just a few mins walk to Central station and there's a woolworths supermarket just around the corner. Kitchen was well-equipped, lounge cosy and warm, hostel was nice and quiet overnight. Bathrooms were clean and the bed was comfy. Lockers in room didn't allow you to put your own padlock on and WiFi was too slow to use but other than that, a nice place to stay.

The hostel was a good hostel to recover from the jat lag i had. On the other side because there are many long-term visitors so it is hard to meet new people. The kitchen is clean but the toilets are a bit broke. The staff were friendly and there is a warm atmosphere. If you're planning to work in Sydney it is a good place to stay, if you want to meet lots of people than i wouldn't advice to go there.
