Overall the place was good, however our room was not, the basement room is terrible and doesn't look like the pictures, it has a moldy smell, you can hear all the noise from the kitchen above, the shower/bathroom and fridge leaks water, advised staff who did nothing. WiFi drops out constantly. Good breakfast, and nice place but for the same cost would probably have gotten a hotel. Also a sign on the door with name would be a really smart, simple and easy way for people to find the hostel.

The staff were absolutely fabulous. They organised tours for us, helped us book taxis and recommended good restaurants and bars.

The lovely hosts, the amazing freash breakfast, the quiet location, the closeness to the beach as well as our own balcony that seemed to be in the middle of a jungle - we loved our stay at Casa Che!

We LOVED staying here! It was a last minute change as we had booked 7 nights with Casa Kan Balam in October and was told by the owner (after waiting days for a reply) in December that she did not have record of our reservation. So we found Casa Che at the last minute and were very thankful that the staff immediately confirmed our reservation. The 2 buildings are in a very nice area with a beautiful beach. Close to everything, great staff, secure location...so happy we ended up there instead! :-)

The breakfast was very good, but the room wasn't anything like in the photos, it was old, smelly and the kitchen unusable. The common areas were very nice and clean.

The location was great and really close to the beach and bars. We struggled to find the building - we were on the right street but the b and b would benefit from a sign. EveEven a quick print out/laminated one... It doesn't have to be anything fancy. The staff were nice, the breakfast was good. Rooms looked nicer on the picture than in reality, but it did its job!

Very friendly staff and nice main areas. They serve a very good breakfast. Superclose to the beach and zona peatonal. The only thing i didnt like was the smell of our room which was very niceley created but in the cellar.

We had a ground floor room with the outdoor kitchen enclosed in mosquito screens. Nice private outdoor space to just relax together. Very friendly cat who visited often. Breakfast was satisfying and good wifi with limited dropouts in the room. Very short walk to the quieter publuc beach. Only suggestion is to permanently fix the shower screen rod to the bathroom wall. Enjoyable stay for 5 nights.

We had a lovely time at Casa Che! The room was beautiful and clean, and couldn't have been closer to everything we wanted to do! The area was very secure and stunning - we loved having a private beach to hang out at, and the wildlife was amazing (sereques are pretty much the cutest thing ever)! We enjoyed having the kitchen available so we could make dinners at home, and the porch area was perfect for coffee in the morning :)

Casa Che B&B was a little difficult to find at first, but we were warmly welcomed and delightfully surprised by such a bright, clean, open and peaceful place in a great location. We stayed in a spacious room up on the 2nd floor (thank you for the free upgrade!!) with one of the biggest bathrooms I've ever used. The breakfasts consisted of a number of sliced fruits, toast, a selection of cereals, yogurt, coffee, tea, juice, hard-boiled eggs, and sausages--all buffet style. Overall a great stay!

I had a great stay and everything was according to the description. I would only suggest a few things that could only improve what is already good: a larger mirror in the rooms, a box to the shower because the water was all over the toilet and a better sign cause we had a hard time to find the house once the address number does not coincide with the one in the house.

Really nice hostel! The location is close to the city centre (10 min walk). I had a huge room for myself. It was clean, with towels, air conditioner and fan. There was choice for the breakfast: fresh fruits, yogurt, bread, jam, eggs,... The only drawback is that the curtains were transparent so light comes easily into the room. I recommend this hostel. It is really worth it for the price!!

super amazing place. we were very surprised about the size and quality of the room we got for the very low price we paid. the breakfast was amazing too. basically nothing more to wish for. the location is also nice, even though it's a little tiny bit further from the center-center of town but this also makes it more quiet which is great to get a rest.

Great place to stay! Right next to the hustle of Playa without being right in it. I recommend stopping by their hostel for tips about the area or join one of their dinners/ excursions. Pro Tip: The B&B is REALLY hard to find. I recommend taking a picture of the building and looking for it on the street. It was almost impossible as there is no sign or address on the building. This should not be a deterrent, however, as the stay besides that was lovely.
