it' s a big, nice hostel, a quite lovely place. We arrived in the middle of the night, it was no problem, everybody was very friendly. Breakfast included, bikes to rent, snorkle gear to rent 50 $MX each a day. I thought i'm save but somebody took my mobilephone and money out of my girlfriends bag. we didn't know, that there are lockers. the problem is, that the lockers are not in the room (mixed dorm) the "hostel-father" was very helpfull. lock your stuff than everything is ok.

La limpieza es muy deficiente. Abri el cajon de los utensilios y salió una rata. Servían la comida del gato en los platos de la cocina. Los baños los limpiaban día por medio y la cantidad de gente era mucha para que fuera esa frecuencia.

The location is not the best and security is not great. Stay at the Weary Traveller closer to the bus station. It's much nicer.

The concept of the Hostel is unique, but they need to clean more often toilets and common area. There was not always hot water in the shower. At the moment it is under construction so maybe the cleanliness will improve once this renovation is finished.
