Property Information:
Casa Favaretto is located in the heart of Venice in the setriere of Castello, near the Biennale gardens and a 10 minute walk from Piazza San Marco.
Located near the Arsenale vaporetto stop, we are easily reacheable from Marco Polo airport and Santa Lucia railway station by public transportation
The rooms overlooking San Marco Basin or Canal Tana are available with a double or single occupancy. All rooms have wash basins, bathrooms are shared.
There is also a relaxation area with a WiFi network.
-A small breakfast is available but not included in the price.
-Credit Cards are not accepted: we only accept payments by cash upon arrival (Nearby ATM available)
-Please note the LOCAL TOURIST TAX is not included in the on-line rates and is due to be paid separately and by cash upon arrival at the property; the local tourist tax equals to 1.50 euro pppn in high season and to 0.75 pppn in low season
-Check-in time is from 9am to 9pm please advise about arrival timein advance
-Check-out time is before 11.30am
-While we have a standard 72-hour cancellation policy please note we apply a special
7-night cancellation policy for any booking made for staying between the 2nd of February 2012 and 21st of February 2012; If you are due to stay within the above time frame and wish to cancel your booking you will need to provide Casa Favaretto with at least a 7-day notice so that not to be charged for the 1st night of stay

Great helpful hosts. Everything was clean and the location was great because it was a bit away from the noisy san marco square but still within walking distance (10 min). We went during carnevale and the location suited as great. We had a shared bathroom but it wasnt a problem at all since there were two bathrooms and were clean and big. Wonderful stay!
