For the price and being part of a restaurant, it would've been nice to have breakfast included. Even thought the rooms and bathrooms were consistently clean, i found the shower hard to manage. On a more positive note, the staff were friendly and helped us when on duty. It was a nice enough hostel and GREAT location

I was allowed to use the hotel's office for access to the internet because the guests' pay-computer was not functioning properly.

This guesthouse has great reviews but one thing to keep in mind is the rooms on the top floor (the 3rd floor) are not renovated to the same high standard as the rooms of the first and second floor. We were in one of the rooms on the third floor and they are quite old fashioned, so ask for a room on the first of second floor or be prepared to be a little disappointed. On a sunny day, the lovely attached garden restaurant is hard to beat, a lovely setting and great food.

we are a group of 6 friends who stayed at Casa felisa. We thoroughly enjoyed the room though bit small but clean and good service. Our beds were even made despite we stayed only 2 nights. The staff (although she is part time) provided us with excellent assistance and service. She helped us carry our luggage and showed us where to eat and where to go. Restaurant at Casa Felisa serves most delicious pork ribs and fish. We all felt this is the best experience.

Very cute Hostel with a great restaurant down stairs in a beautiful garden. Only thing we didnt like was the bathroom on the top floor, the shower was ridiculously small but the bathrooms on the floor below were perfect.

Shame not every room has its own bathroom but great apart from the inconvenience of having to go downstairs to use the shared one. That said it is hard to complain at 18 euros a night.

Great location and good value for the money but the staff was not helpful. It seems as though it is a restaurant and the hotel is a bit of an afterthought and there was often no one to answer any questions. Nice enough place to stay but don't expect to be given much, if any information.

It was a great little place with a cozy environment. I loved my room and as I was traveling alone it was a very nice escape from the chaos of the world.

It was a little noisy. But then, you're depending on other guests.... Good value, excellent situated.

The hostel is great! Located in the heart of Santiago with beautiful atmosphere. You have impression you are in medieval Spain! Very clean and kind stuff. There is also a restaurant with delicious food.

It's a small hotel in the centre of the historic core, with all monuments close by. I was a single occupant in spacious room with double bed. Fittings were adequate but place felt tired and could do with revamp. a shared bathroom just along the landing, adequate. would stay again. staff were very helpful with my requests for info about where to view 6 Nations rugby. Did not sample the cuisine, just one breakfast, , typical of Spanish hotel breakfasts, Continental-style and pretty much non-event
