A lovely little hotel. Very friendly. What ha not been said on many other reviews is how good the food is. Best meals that I had in Santiago. I only stayed with Casa Felisa for one night but they helped me out for the next two days because there was a misunderstanding with the internet and they found somewhere else for me to stay and helped me to get there and carried my bag up to my room both times, on the top floor. I even had a problem that the bar that I rented the second room from was closed when I decided to go hiking and once again Casa Felisa let me leave my bags with them for the day! Nice rooms, beautiful garden, friendly staff right in the center of the old part of the city. Front desk was AMAZING!!!! I had several questions and they immediately got me a map and explained where everything I wanted was... they even knew where the Burger King was!
