I thought I had a private room for 3 people but there were 5 beds in the room. Luckily no one else showed up. The hostel was ok not the best I have stayed at.

A lovely little hotel. Very friendly. What ha not been said on many other reviews is how good the food is. Best meals that I had in Santiago. The walls are a bit thin, but a small price to pay.

I only stayed with Casa Felisa for one night but they helped me out for the next two days because there was a misunderstanding with the internet and they found somewhere else for me to stay and helped me to get there and carried my bag up to my room both times, on the top floor. I even had a problem that the bar that I rented the second room from was closed when I decided to go hiking and once again Casa Felisa let me leave my bags with them for the day! Great people and very patient.

Nice rooms, beautiful garden, friendly staff right in the center of the old part of the city. It's not as noisy as other parts of town, that makes it a great location to stay.

People were allowed to stand outside the hostel until 4-5am in the morning singing, shouting and laughing, making sleep imposible and when you are getting up to go to the airport at 6.15am, the day and journey is ruined.

Front desk was AMAZING!!!! I had several questions and they immediately got me a map and explained where everything I wanted was... they even knew where the Burger King was! Great place to stay!!
