Look elsewhere if you are looking for a party hostel, but otherwise a relaxed and nice place.

We really didn't like the atmosphere up there, the livingroom is way to small for all the people. There was not a good vibe to communicate with others. And when you are checking out you can not use the facilities in the hostel you even have to pay for the w.c. They charge you for everything. Our bus did leave at 23:00, so you really want to use some facilities. We were kicked out, but the hole day we weren't in the hostel, so really rude and stupid! In every hostel we have been ot never happend!

Your comment is not the truth. When you make the check out on 12 pm you can store your luggage for free until your departure time, if you need the bathrooms also can do it, but we have a late check out which is for those who want to continue using the hostel (cooking or showering) it cost just $4 dollars. You are angry because you don't want to pay what corresponded, if the service was so bad you could not have been three days in our hostel, we give the option to cancel the reservation if you are not comfortable. We wish you a good trip and be patient that South American hostels are not hotels and you have to respect the people who work very hard, we are not stupid persons like you tell us. The education is in all over the world.

Location was great, not too far from bus station. Staff is really nice and will try to help you as much as possible. Staff sat down with us right when we got there to go over the map and what is interesting to visit. There are only 2 bathrooms so it can be chaotic in the morning unless you wake up early. Hot water is only for 6 minutes so make sure you use it wisely. Breakfast is good. Places are limited at the table (6 at a time), so make sure you wake up early if you don't want to wait.

Bit tricky to find the first time but a great hostel. good location in the nice part of town. Lockers in the rooms are fairly small though.

A nice hostel, great location, friendly staff.... would stay here again!
