Apartment was clean and tidy...Could do with updating slightly maybe and some new pots/pan and kitchen utensils....We did expect there to be a reception within the apartment block because of photos we had seen on their website but you are pretty much left to yourself once you pay....We were told a few places we could do a food shop in the nearby area which helped. A nice stay in Palermo overall.

The atmosphere from the local street vendors right at your doorstep it's fantastic. The water just a short walk away. Everything you need a just around the next corner. Loved our stay here.... people all so friendly...

Apartment was clean and location was close to train station and old city.

Probably the best value for money if you are looking for a short term stay in Palermo. Lots of space (2 of us stayed in a good size 2 bed apartment) in a nice, quieter part of the city close to the sea. Most places to visit are within walking distance, there are nice restaurants and bars in the local vicinity (the latter are not too close to be a nuisance but close enough for an evening out without hassle). Great facilities (WiFi, kitchen etc) Polite, helpful and unobtrusive owner

Good location and value for money

Experience the atmosphere of Palermo, this hotel is for you. Located in the historic center of the city, and really makes you feel like you're in the middle of the local people and their daily lives. There are a lot of small fish restaurants around the area, which attracts many tourists in the evening and at night. Near promenade with cafes and ice cream and a beautiful park. Apartment quite comfortable, convenient with good repair, and large completely equipped bathroom.
