This hostel was one of the three best locations i have been staying for the last three months. Without a doubt a great atmosphere and the owner, Oliver completes an excellent experience! I have stayed there for 4 days. Because of the very nice atmosphere i could have stayed even longer!

Very nice decorated hostel in one of the best neighborhood of Valparaiso. The Hostel is really nice and the host speaks several languages fluently like german, spanish, etc. We liked the breakfast especially the bread and the coffe con leche. Oliver can advise you very good spots, bars etc.

Oliver was extremely welcoming and helpful advising us on walks to take around the sights. The hostel is located close to everything of interest and has several restaurants within a few minutes walk. The hostel is kept clean and we were given a good breakfast each morning. We would certainly stay there again if in Valparaiso, and recommend staying there without hesitation.

Casa Kultour was wonderful! It is a beautiful home with character and charm throughout as well as in the sunny front patio and small back shaded courtyard. Oliver and his staff are wonderful and helpful - and eager to address any questions or concerns. Oliver himself is a wealth of information about Valparaiso and the surrounding area. I had a room in the back and it was clean and well decorated, I was a bit chilly at night and they brought in a heater.

Great place to stay in Valpo. The owner is super helpful, and has great restaurant recs. The location is perfect, in the middle of the city, close to La Sebastiana, and near lots of great food. Good vibe, great views from the upstairs, very clean, and just an overall great place to stay. Would definitely go back next time in Valpo

Oliver the owner was very helpful and friendly. Nice gardens to relax in. A great location for the old town. Bedrooms a wee bit rundown but the bathrooms are modern. The mattresses were old and a bit lumpy. Good breakfasts.

We had a fantastic stay at this hostel,it is located in one of the best parts of valpo with great restaurants, great views all around We had only planned on staying one night but extended it to 4 as we loved it so much. The owners were very friendly, helpful and full of advice about the local area. The rooms were nice and the bathrooms were shiny and modern - a novelty in South America! We even had a cinema night where they screened a really interesting Chilean movie in their living room.

We enjoyed our stay very much...could not have asked for a better location for our specific taste. The hostel is close to downtown, great area for walking about and the location for pm eating must be one of THE best. We had wonderful pm meals here and great wine selection. There is even a small local grocery store around the corner + an ATM that does not run out of $. Victor was a great host and gave us a lift to bus station in Am. Definitely recommend this to any 65+ folks!

I loved this hostel. It was really more like a B&B. The owners Pilar and Oliver were wonderful and very attentive. They are very available to help (in 4 languages). I cannot say enough good things about them and Casa Kultour. It is clean, comfortable and in a great area.

Excellent location on Cerro Alegre colourful 'hood. Clean and quiet. But beds could be more comfortable and a bit overpriced for what you receive.

Staff were kind and helpful. The room clean and comfortable. I've slept in beds at hotels that were in poor condition, but this bed was comfortable and in good condition. I would stay here again for sure.
