Apartment with Garden, Private Terrace, Pine Wood Front . Peaceful location,10 or 15 minutes on foot from the centre of town, the beach, the harbour, the shops . 400 or 500 mt. from the sea, private garden and veranda. We are a few minutes by car from some of the most famous climbing areas, and some are quite close even on foot. The apartment is cosy and confortable for up to 4 people, yet big enough to accomodate 5 or 6, if needed. The extra 5th andor 6th person pay euros 12,50 per person, per night. Private balcony with table and chairs on one side and a beautiful large private terrace-veranda (sq.mt.50) with patio table, sundeck chairs, adding space to the apartment. At walking distance from the main services,(approx. 10min.). The apartment is part of a nice house with private garden around. Plenty of public parking in front of the apartment and-or very close by. You will love our terrace & veranda. The latter enhance the apartment, making it feel bigger and enables outdoor eating and drinking to be that bit more enjoyable. A renovated apartment perfect for families,groups of friends. Outdoor shower for common use normally with warm solar-energy-heated water. From the balcony views of a pretty pine wood, and through this a glimpse to the sea and view to the beautiful wild mountain nearby. The apartment has everything you need for a relaxing holiday including some private garden (some is in common). It includes barbecue area in common. The beach, the harbour, all the main services, shops, supermarkets, pubs, restaurants, children's play ground, small football field, the baker's, the post office, the tourist office are at walking distance, from approximately 100 to 500 meters; 5 minutes by car. There are 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has normally a double bed, the other bedroom has generally 2 single beds.There is the possibility of one extra bed in each room, and--or in the diningliving area. There is a large and comfortable bathroom, with bath-tub and shower. The kitchen and living area is colourful and well equipped with most necessary things. There is a cooker with gas and electric oven, a microwave, fridge and freezer, cutlery, plates, plenty of cooking stuff and pans, toaster, etc.. And we are close by just in case you need anything. The living room is part of the cooking area. It is bright and colourful, communicating with the large terrace and the garden. With table, chairs, TV and either a sofa-bed or an extra bed. There are plenty of touristic brochures in several languages.
