There are so many people working there that it is hard to find someone to talk to for getting some information. As soon as you find someone they are nice, but sometimes forget about what you've asked for or give wrong information. Everything is very chaotic. They were just rebuilding a new room across my room until 11 p.m.. They have a backyard where people camp and the whole night the door to the garden has been opened and closed which made it impossible to find a good sleep. It was very dirty.
Loved the atmosphere of this place and the staff were lovely and so helpful. They allowed us to store our big backpacks when we went away to Torres Del Paine for a few days for free. The hostel is located a bit too far from the bus station especially when you are carrying heavy bags! However a taxi there is so cheap so this isn't a problem.

Filthy dirty fridge. Bathrooms and toilets were crawling with dirt, looked like they hadn't been cleaned for weeks. Breakfast was pitiful with no milk for cereal or tea and coffee, bread was stale. Staff were never available for questions. I was never checked in and stayed at the hostel without anyone asking who I was.
Very friendly staff. Could done with one extra bathroom,as sometimes had to wait a while, otherwise great location and speed laundry service.
We arrived and they had lost our reservation
