venue only suitable for people under 50. difficult to reach, uphill all the way from the station, then faced with 40 steps to front door. none of this was clear when booking. shower bathroom facilities very cramped, no shower screen hence water everywhere and floor slippery. no tea/coffee making capability. had to move out early due to my physical restrictions in relation to all the above. hosts very unpleasant over this despite our apologies for the early checkout

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay at Casa Lucia! The hosts were very kind and helpful. Riomaggiore was our favorite of the 5 towns in Cinque Terre so it was nice to be there. We traveled with backpacks so getting there was not a problem, but it may be difficult for people with large luggage (steep hills, stairs). Although they did not have AC or a fan, the room did not get too hot and we slept fine. It was nice that our room had an extra large sink that made it convenient to do laundry.
