Casa Maiorca Apartments

The apartments are located in one of the three main streets of the old town of Alghero, among shops, restaurants and bars.
They are non smoking only. Please respect that.

The building is on two floors and faces Piazza Sventramento, a square at the corner between Via Carlo Alberto and Via Gilbert Ferret.

Restoration was completed in June 2007, keeping the rustic charm of the wooden beams sealings, mixing it with all the modern conveniences.
50 EUR final cleaning fee is to be added to the total.

Seafront is just 2 minutes walking away and it takes only 5 minutes walking to get to the harbour and to the old bastions. At only five-minutes walking distance there's a rich produce market and just 10 min near by are the long, white-sand and enchanting beaches and the turquoise sea water.

There is a public toll parking available 2 minute walking from the apartment.
