There are a lot more hostels in Cartagena, that does not appear in internet, and are better "value for money" than this one. The owner was unfriendly.

I had a wonderful week in Casa Nativa. The hostel is in a great location, staff are friendly and helpful, and the hostel itself is clean and new. Great value for money, I recommend this hostel.

Quiet and small hostel well located. Bed lockers that open from the bottom are hard to use without having to move the mattress. Good kitchen, but no dining table. Very cold water in the showers. Showers are not very private: see-through glass doors + holes to the outside. Staff was nice enough, but only person usually around was the maid - no ask questions to during the day. Few communal areas, the one with a breeze is the balcony but it's tiny and only has 1 chair. Was expecting more for the $.

I had a wonderful two night stay here. It is a very pleasant hostel, super clean and great setup. Each bed has a built in locker too! Great kitchen and bathrooms. Best of all you are within walking distance of all everything in the walled city!
