Everything was ok, very nice and helpful staff, homely atmosphere. A bit hard to find, so here's a tip for newcomers - look at the balconies to find directions! We will come back, if we visit budapest again!

Very well located downtown near restaurants and lively bars. The private rooms are pretty large but separated from the rest of the guesthouse. Ours was a bit messy and quite dusty. The sink lost water and nobody fixed it so that the kitchen was flooded during our whole stay (4 nights). Non credit cards accepted , cash only!

A hostel with a out-of-order door bell is a NO GO. OK, such things can happen, but then you should write a note or something else to inform your customer. So we are waiting at the cafe next corner for more than 2 hours we finally reached one guy by phone. And then he was lying at us, that he would be reachable all the time :-(
