Loved my stay at casa nuestra room was big and decorated very cool, different way. There was a fridge and tea coffee making facilities which was a bonus. The breakfast was a little on the small side ( pre packed pastry and juice box ) but you can buy some things and put them in the fridge. The b&b is a casual 20 mintue walk into florences sights also alternative there is the local train or bus's. on a whole very warm and welcoming would stay again.
very nice host, cozy, clean, big room, clean bathrooms, breakfast just very small (just a small shrink-wrapped biscuit), No use of WiFi possible, 30 minutes from city centre by foot
The owner and staff went out of their way to assist with any and all requests, from booking museum tours with reservations to providing maps and explaining directions. It is a quaint and cool place to relax at the end of the day.
Wifi hardly worked we spent more time trying to make it work than use it. The owner and her friend were super nice and helpful. Very clean and cozy atmosphere. A little bit of a walk to the city but it's ok and there aren't alot of restaurants around.
Our host, Regina, was wonderfully friendly and helpful. She made us feel welcome from the moment we stepped into the B&B. The place is close enough to most attractions to walk there. Florence is not a huge city, so we walked to the city centre every day and it only took us about 15- 20 minutes. The only slight complaint would be about the wireless at the B&B - the signal was very weak most times and it kept disconnecting. On the whole, our stay there was a lovely experience!
Amazing place! Staff was incredibly kind and gave us a lot of tips, marking in the map cheap places to eat and options of journeys. The room was very cute and felt like home. The view from the room was also fantastic. Not exactly on the city centre, but Florence is a tiny city, it's possible to go from there to the centre by foot in 20 minutes and by bus in 5. There's a supermarket right across the street and very nice places to eat around the hostel. I highly recommend it!
A bit buggy with the windows open as the air conditioner wasn't working
Not the closest to all the tourist spots but there are bus and train stations nearby. The staff were very helpful in showing is where to go plus there is an awesome, authentic pizza place only a block away. Would definitely stay there again.
Although it is no in the center of Florence, it's only a little 20 minutes by walk and near one of Florence's train station. So this is not a real matter. The disappointing breakfast is the onliest black point I have to mention. Otherwise, the rooms are very clean, big and welcoming, the beds are great, it is quiet. The owner is very nice and helpfull, she'll provides you with all the information you need. To put it in a nutshell, a wonderful place to stay in Florence.

Friendly and very helpful staff (as usual it's better if you at least understand Italian). Convenient location (close to Campo di Marte station, 1 train stop from center). The center is within walking distance as long as you don't have a heavy bag, otherwise you'll find it a long walk. Clean, massive room, with view over the Duomo!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Nuestra and would recommend a stay there during time in Florence. It has a very homely atmosphere and the decoration is very cute and colourful. With Florence being relatively small in comparison to other cities walking from the hostel in to the centre is not difficult. Our room did have a fan and AC was an extra cost. Watch out for city tax in Florence we found it too be one of the most pricey. Recommended Gelateria was FANTASTIC!
Very nice place, not the best location and we weren't offered "breakfast" on our last morning which did not make sense to me. Also the breakfast was pretty bad. However, staff were great very helpful! Would stay again but only if we couldn't afford better.
The location is not great, therefore value for money is not either. We got free breakfast the firstday, not the second. There is air conditioning at a extra charge.
The room we stayed was spacious however it is quite noisy. Air conditioner was not at all in used, unfortunately for us during last half of June, it was very hot. So we had to open the window and door of the balcony, it was even worse with the noise, even during night, quite difficult to sleep. There were mosquitoes as a result of opening for the air. Breakfast was nothing to be mentioned because there were only one juice of 200ml and a small pastry. Things were ok other than that.
