The people at Casa Nuestra - Regina and her cousin - were very welcoming and friendly. Gave us many useful information about Florence. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean. Our only quip with the room was the presence of mosquitos which annoyed us at night.

Casa Nuestra was wonderful. The staff was so friendly and willing to help us with whatever we needed. Great price for the hostel for the service we received.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. She could speak English very well. The apartments are really beautiful and clean. Hot water all the time. the rooms are bigger than required, hence good. A must visit place.
