Had a great stay, hostess was very nice and helpful. Please BE WARNED that this B&B is INACCESSIBLE unless you have a car!!!! We rented bikes in Greve, and it was a 3+ KM walk straight up hill! Again, hostess was great, views nearby were fantastic but backpackers beware of location.

The most attractive part of Casa Olmata is the staff. They are extremely friendly, helpful and nice people. They prepare pretty good breakfast in the morning. The building looks a bit scary from outside, but you get used to it quickly. The bathrooms could be a bit cleaner. But I guess not to find soap in the bathrooms in Italy is something very common.

This hostel is not worth the stay for the amount of money we spent. It is very dirty and even though it says it has a kitchen, it is too dirty to cook in and when you turn the gas burner on all you can smell is gas. Also the shower is not well maintained, the water is hot, very hot, or freezing cold. The staff was nice but the overall hostel was not worth the money we spent.

The location was good (very close to Termini Station, the metro and the Coliseum). The hostel itself was average as far as cleanliness and facilities but it was fine for what we were looking for. The staff is nice and breakfast was pretty good (fresh pastries).

Great place in a great area. The hostel was exactly what we were looking for; affordable, in a great area, and clean! Also the breakfast was not your average hostel breakfast, there were chocolate filled croissants, toast with melted butter over some ham, and coffee. Excellent place to stay for a great place in a great location.

The staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful. the location was very good, 5 minutes from the station and close enough to everything. the atmosphere wasnt that great but we had a private room for two and privacy and cleanliness was great. there was a roof terrace which was basic but would have been good if the weather was nice. we would reccomend it if you are just looking for a nice place to stay in a good location, but not much atmosphere for young people.
