This brand new self-contained apartment on the 3rd fl. with lift. Smartly furnished with air conditioning sleeps max. 4. It has two double bedrooms one with double bed and the other with two single beds.
Main bedroom has a balcony with lovely view on an olive grove. Modern kitchen/diner with a double leather sofa bed in the lounge should extra sleeping arrangement be required, bathroom with shower. TV, DVD player and satellite. Spacious Terrace inclusive of garden furniture.
It is in walking distance to all amenities: church, take-away pizza shops, restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, hairdressing salons - barber, post-office, cash point, train-station, bus stop & more. It's a 10 minute stroll to the main Lido beach.
Our prices are All-Inclusive for 2 (two) guests, for each extra guest €35.00 must be added to the total.
I feel that it is important to mention that we provide pure cotton bed/bath linen & beach towels & we take responsibility for their laundering.
Surety deposit (in case of damages) is requested by the proprietor at the consignment of the keys.
This will be returned to you on the day of departure.
You will be pleased to know that we provide complimentary airport pickup and drop-off from the Alghero airport only for a seven night stay.
Payment cash only - on arrival at the consignment of the keys.
