Casa paradiso is located very near to Panjim Church. Contact number given in Hostel world websote is not correct. It has to be changed. There is no entertainment available at Panjim. We have to go to Candolim or calangute.Hence, it is better to stay at Candolim. Rooms were cleaned only on request which is not good.Two rooms were partitioned by a wooden block with glass panel in the top. news papaer was used to cover the glass panel. This is very bad part of the room.main door had a big hole.

We had the worst customer service we had experienced in all of India. The staff were disinterested at best, and smirky and incredibly rude at worst. When we asked to speak to the manager about a small discrepancy on the bill, we were told the manager didn't want to talk to us and that if we left without paying the discrepancy they would call the police. The location is good and the room was fine, but we had such a terrible experience with the staff I would never, ever recommend this hotel.
