The hostel is homely and friendly with helpful staff and a very comfortable double bed. This is the perfect place to stay if setting off on the Navimag boat as it is only ten minute walk down the hill to the port.

The lady who runs the place speaks very good english and is very helpful. I personally didn't like leaving together with the family (in the same building), because there several children and they scream sometimes.

Like staying at your grandmother's house, if your grandmother lived in Puerto Montt. The sheets and bathrooms are clean, and the room had a good view. A bit of a walk from the bus terminal.

It didnt look much on the outside but this place was a very nice stay. It was very clean, comfortable and had an excellent breakfast. It was a bit of a hike up the hill from the bus station but that was ok, take a taxi and you'll be sweet. The couple who run the place are very accomodating and friendly and speak good english. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Casa Perla to stay at while in Puerto Montt. Phil, Australia
