This is a lovely place to stay. It is a little difficult to find, but well worth the effort. The B&B is in a wonderful older home, immaculately maintained and very gracious. Mary-Luisa is a doll and her assistant Massimo, who speaks wonderfully in English, are both so welcoming, you feel as though you have arrived "home". I highly recommend Casa Pistani to anyone traveling in the beautiful area of Ferrara. I only wish I had planned a longer stay. A truly delightful place!

Hi! That's an excellent place to stay! Only problem for most visitors is location (15 km away from Ferrara) but not for me because I've got car. Maria Luisa (house-holder) is real madre della casa. Thanks a lot.
