Nice, clean hostel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast included cereal and eggs that you can make yourself. Close to the bus station and about a 15 minute walk to the centre of Mendoza
Very nice shared area, great atmosphere, good facilities, good breakfast, 15 min walk to the city center, but very close to the bus terminal. There were only 2 bathrooms for everyone, but as this is not a very big hostel, it was not really a problem.
The staff is not nice and they are not always tells the truth....
Nice hostel with comfortable beds and decent breakfast. Staff were helpful with tours.
Casa pueblo is a pleasant hostel located 2 blocks from the bus station. The Staff were very helpful with booking and giving information on tours around the area. Breakfast was good was the choice of raw eggs. Hostel provided free towels, and there are also facilities for hand washing and drying clothes. The only downside was our room was at the front of the hostel, which is right near the road and was very noisy late at night and early in the morning. This hostel is very quiet but a nice stay.
Casa Pueblo Hostal is ok but not much more: some of the staff are very nice others a liitle uninterested, the location is good because it's really near the bus station but to get to the center you have to walk a little (for me no problem ;-), kitchen is nice but unluckely they don't have a garden... but the park in the front of the hostel...
Casa Pueblo staff was very helpful and friendly. The WiFi was consistently reliable and fast. The location is very good: just a few blocks from Mendoza’s bus terminal. The hostel breakfast featured mandarin oranges and apples daily, fresh brewed coffee and raw eggs to cook as you like. But my 4-bed dorm room was just okay, a bit cramped and the locker’s clasp lock was too flimsy so I stored all of my valuables in my locked suitcase.
A good hostel with very helpful staff. Location is not that good, since it is a little far from Mendoza's center.
It was only a 10-15 minute walk to the city center and 3 minutes from the bus station. Nice kitchen that was always open to use. Recommend it definitely.
One of the best hostels ever. So centrally located, so spacious but quiet, tons of bathrooms, dorms are huge with lockers to match. The kitchen is amazing, the staff outstanding. Wish I could give this a 20 - have to visit there & I hated to leave! Thank you guys so much! Diane Rankin
Good location with good helpful staff. Rooms are right on the communal area, so can be noisy, however not a party hostel. Although its not the best hostel in Mendoza we did end up at another highly rated hostel which wasn't as good. Staff were really helpful and it was super close to the bus station.. Glad we booked this hostel, we have stayed in over 45 on our trip so far and this is in the top 20.
The hostel had friendly staff and the place had a good atmosphere. Unfortunately the kitchen and bathroom facilities were in need of a good clean. The option to pay on card was very poor as a 20% surcharge would be applied for a credit card.
Great friendly hostel, we all cooked together every night and drank copious amounts of wine, obligatory in Mendoza! Really close to the bus station but a bit far from town, that's the only negative, everything else was lovely!
Great staff, the couple who run this place are really lovely. I talked extensively with the woman and she gave us great tips on where to go and where to eat in the city. The facilities are basic but fine. A bonus is the wonderful parilla restaurant called Eros, that is 5 min walk away, where we ate the best meat in our lives.
