For the price you're paying it's actually unfair to expect more, but that doesn't mean it's a good hostel. Just OK for someone who wants to save money. About the staff, there are two boys one of them (i don't remember his name, but i think he's argentinian) is really attentive and nice, the other one just an impatient pain in the ass.
