This property no longer exists!! Also, HostelWorld doesn't seem to care to send an email about the hostel shutting down back in September. Unfortunately, we had to find this out after waitng around for an hour for a local to say it was closed. Save yourself some time and non-refundable money and book a different hostel.
a lot of the restaurants recommended to us by alex were closed. :(
We stayed here for 3 days. Alex received us at the bus stop near CasaRosa. Location is very much accessible by Metro and buses. On the first day Alex planned our sight seeing. Believe me he is a great guide. You can call Alex any time you want for any suggestions. I'm sure he will tell you what not to do in Rome! Thanks for the free Pizza and Coke.

I'd rate their location as excellent for personal reasons (I'd rather stay in a more "local" neighborhood for instance than in a touristy area) but I understand it may be a problem for someone else. However, the staff, all of them, are AMAZING. Really, I almost felt like couchsurfing... if I wasn't paying for it of course. It's a very small place with almost no facilities (the TV and the fridge are nice, and that's all) but we enjoyed it.
