Everything was to our satisfaction (the Cappucino and the Cornettos were nice) apart from the fact that there were cockroaches in our room, that the water boiler was too small to allow us to have a proper shower and that the internet as well as the TV was not working properly all the time.

My friends and I loved staying here. We stayed in a small apartment with two bedrooms (we had one and the other was rented to a young couple). There is a small living/ kitchen area that has everything you need. Mario, Alex, and Mario's mother, stopped by all the time to make sure we were alright. Mario's mother comes every morning at around 9 to make the best cappuccino ever and clean up a bit. One night Alex even made us pasta! It was like one big family!

Rooms are very cosy and colourfull, no noise from street or other rooms, outside is garden, which must be nice specially in hot summer... Not far away from metro station, shop, concert/party place, around half an hour walk to Colloseum... Owner is very kind, giving you helpfull advices what to visit in Rome and when. Just note, when he says no 24/7 reception... he mean it! :)

Everything that we read in the reviews of Casa Rosa Roma was different than we experienced. It was difficult to find and very inconveniently located. The staff was one man who was rarely there, and spoke to us as though we were his friends rather than paying customers. We had booked a three bed private room, but were provided with two beds in a room barely big enough to fit them. The shower curtain was moldy. Casa Rosa Roma was the only negative aspect of our trip to Rome.
