I liked the place very much. It is well located to walk around in downtown DF. Nevertheless, I don't know if it was bad luck, too calm to be a hostel. I like to meet people and nearly the only people I talked to were the helpdesk women who were cool and very helpful. Specially the Brazilian girl, was indeed helpful!

Excellent staff and facilities, this hostal has a great value for the money you pay, it is very close to the zocalo and they help you to get secure ground transportation.

The stairs are an issue if you have any problems with climbing in the mountains, But the view is worth it. Awesome place, great food, very relaxed.

The location was great and very close to the Zocalo Metro stop. It was extremely easy to get around the city. The staff was friendly, especially the security guards that switch off every 24 hours. The rooms were very clean and our's got made-up every day. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would recommend the place to anyone!

A very relaxing atmosphere for those who wish to avoid the energy of party hostels. The staff were some of the most helpful and kind people you will meet. Just a few blocks from the Zocalo were you can catch just about all forms of transportation. They have plenty of tours at reasonable prices. Security was probably the best out of all the places I have stayed. No complaints.

Hostel for the elderly

I found the staff friendly and helpful, and I liked very much being able to sleep without hearing traffic jam or other kinds of noise even though your hostel is as centrally located as it is. The only thing I can recall that i was missing, was a warmer location to eat breakfast, even though the patio was very nice and cozy, but this was just a minor minus.

Nice location for sightseeing, not the best for night life. The hostel is very beautiful inside. Wifi might not work in the rooms.

This was a good hotel - nothing to complain about except for the breakfast which was strange some days and pretty small. friendly, helpful staff, e-mail ok .
