Loved it. Great location. Awesome staff. Lovely bilding. Fun people. Oh, yeah, and a trapeze and silks!
A nice place in all aspects with the house looking like the house of Pippi Longstocking! Nice and friendly staff.
Great hostel, in a good location. Close to the centre and lovely staff. Only downside is no breakfast. But would recommend
Stayed one night only in a private which was great value. It was a quiet mid week night but this was a convenient and cheap hostel to see Valpo.
Very well situated hostel with great staff and huge living area. We stayed in the adjoining appartments as we had a double room booked and it was like a fully functioning appartment with clean bathroom, so good for the price. Really nice staff and in a safe area central to everything, cannot recommend enough
Good location, central, clean, several toilets, everything fine. Very recommended.
Took a little while to find (it's on the right of the main street, opposite a play area), and looks nothing special from the outside, but it's built into the hillside and is very spacious (and tall!). Huge kitchen and colourful/comfortable social area. Very close to good restaurant and short walk to city centre.
Staff very helpful, informative, and fun. Good Breakfast with home made jam, yummy.
Stayed at this hostel for two nights, in general it was a great experience thanks to the location, facilities and great atmosphere. I'm sorry to say we were hugely disappointed and let down by one of us getting bed bugs after our stay here (my partner slept in his sleeping bag, wish I had've done the same..). The cleanliness of the communal areas seemed to be quite good so it was rather frustrating to have to deal with such a thing, hopefully it's dealt with in the future.

Great location, nice big rooms, kitchen is ok. Communal room nice and comfortable.
This hostel is very well located and provides good facilities. The atmosphere is good with a big common room. The only problem we had is that the guy who made the checkin didn't explain how to enter the hostel after 11pm which is not obvious if you don't know where the door is. But it was only one person, other friends that came after had a good checkin with all necessary explanations with another staff member.
A really nice hostel, next to the Victoria lift, with easy access to the downtown/port area and up to the various hills for great views. Bars, restaurants, shops etc. all really close too. Had a big private room with shared bathroom, which was clean and had hot water. Communal areas were very nice (if a little small) and the kitchen was well equipped. Overall a good bet in a fantastic city.
The hostel feels very cozy, the common area is not big but a good place to chill out. Free tea and coffee all day, hot showers and 2 keys to get in and out at all times. The location is great too, very central but quiet as it's a 5 minutes walk uphill. The kitchen is well equipped and clean, too.
Very quiet but can blame that on the time of year. Beds comfy, kitchen good, showers hot and powerful. Enjoyed our stay!
Excellent location, not very clean but comfortable anyway.
Had a great stay here, very helpful and friendly staff (especially Peter). Rooms were comfortable and had a nice chilled atmosphere. In a perfect location on Cumming St, next to a lot of cool bars and eateries. Highly recommended for visitors to Valpo!
The best hostel on our south america trip so far! We booked an ensuite double room and had a whole apartment to ourselves (guess we were lucky). Location could not be better, you can go to cerro alegre by foot and ascensor within 5 min, where you find some really good restaurants and artisan shops. Also, staff was really helpful! Ville gave a super good overview over the city and how to get around. Peter who works at the hostel also offers an awesome wine tasting which we can really recommend
