We had a great, short stay at the Casa da Ponte Amarela Guesthouse. It's a beautiful place in a great location and Sofia, the owner, was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended if you are planning on visiting the beautiful town of Aveiro.

A magical place, which makes you believe that dreams DO come true. From the moment you enter you can see that a very careful thought was put into evry little detail. Sofia, is an amazing host, she makes feel at home. To get easier to the place just walk down the main street till the round-about(before the tunnel) and there take the first turn right to R. Jose Estevao and just walk straight.Thank you SO much

Casa da Ponte Amarela is well located, the facilities are old but renovated, very confortable, clean, with beautiful decorations and the host, Sofia, is really really nice! I definitely recommend this guesthouse, particularly if you are looking for a quiet place, and will return next time I visit Aveiro!

The hostess (Sofia) is a very sympathetic person. She is very lovely and hosted us in the best way. Very friendly and helpfull. The 2 rooms we used were pretty nice. Very clean place!!!!
