Casa de Maria is a beautiful family home located in Monachil, just outside the city of Granada.
We offer 3 bedrooms that share one huge bathroom.
Guests are encouraged to use the communal areas: living room, kitchen and garden with BBQ and swimming pool.
There is plenty of free street parking right at the house.
A continental breakfast is included in the big open plan kitchen with a view over the garden.
Casa de Maria offers easy access to all the local attractions: Sierra Nevada National Park and Ski Resort (30mins), the Alpujarra area (45mins) and the Costa Tropical beaches (30mins).
Check in is from 12 pm.
Check out is until 10 am.
Continental breakfast is included in the price. It is served between 8am and 10 am. We can serve breakfast earlier if you have an early departure.
Credit cards are not accepted.
Cancellation policy is 3 days.

Casa de Maria is a beautiful house located in a nice place near to Granada. The house is very-well equipped. One bathroom for six persons. The cleanliness is the thing which surprises the most. It's very clean.There is a possibility for making a barbecue. Disadvantages are: The system of payment: all price you have to pay in the moment you arrive. There is no deposit option. You have to live with the owner. Breakfast is very modest. You can't lock your room.
