Good security! We had a key for the front door, a code for the lift, and a key for our rooms. The rooms were neat and clean, I felt that they were very comfortable and the AC was perfect for how hot Napoli is in the summer. Guissepi was so helpful and answered all our questions. I would definitely stay here again, and would recommend it to anyone staying in Napoli.

Great location - a little difficult to find initially, but overall I really enjoyed my stay.

The staff were friendly, helpful and well informed about the things to do and see in Naples. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend Casa del Monacone as a place to stay, it is excellent value for money.

The neighborhood is funky and safe enough, just a bit of a hike to get to some areas of note and the seaside. Definitely a taxiicab at night . It is VERY difficult to drive in the Sanita area, so once you park your car ,leave it parked until you leave. One issue: the otherwise helpful staff did not inform us prior to check out that they require CASH . This led to a rather ridiculously stressful search for a 'working' ATM since we needed the cash to get out car from the garage too.

Very nice place! Really special! Rooms are clean and quiet Breakfast was fresh The setting is superb! Now, staff need to be more specific regarding the location and how to get to the place; telling "walk 1 km from the Museum metro station" doesn't help. Just sending detailed directions would make it perfect! Good job!

Great welcome. The staff was very nice, and the rooms were perfect. The location was ideal, just above the city center and 2 minutes away from the metro. Only negative comment would maybe be the noise insulation, mainly through the door actually. Our room was just next to the breakfast area. It didn't bother us too much though, it woke us up in the morning at 8:30 but we had to get up anyways. I would go back without hesitation.

Great staff, wonderful commitment to employing local youth makes you feel good about staying there. Fellas/Enzo the room needed a good mirror in the bed area otherwise the room is terrific. Was surprised at having to pay cash at check out.
