It's more an apartment then hostel, but very cosy and nice inside - specialy ceilings. Very nice host with many tips where to go willing to have a chat. Good breakfest. Higly recommended.

Casa di Antonella was a wonderful place to stay. Fabrizio is wonderful at recommending places around Siena. We would have never discovered San Giminiano if it wasn't for Fabrizio. The location is great, within walking distance to everything. You pay about 3 euro more for breakfast but it's very filling and everyone eats breakfast together, which is very nice. I would recommend Casa di Antonella to anyone headed to Siena.

Need better directions for buses and such, the directions were a little unclear.

Lovely stay! The rooms were very clean, breakfast spread was great and Fabrizio was very helpful. The hostel is located a quick 5 minute walk from the bus station and very close to lots of restaurants, shops, etc. You do need to walk up about 4 flights of stairs, so it might not be the best for people with limited mobility.

The room and bathroom (shared) are very clean and organized. Fabrizio the owner is very helpful and the restaurants he recommends is really nice. I will definitely recommend it to those who are visiting Siena!

I arrived late at the bed and breakfast because of complications (these things happen all the time) and the welcome i had from Fabrizio was not very warm + I had to wait 45 minutes because there was no one to answer me at the door. I know that this is not a 24 hour reception but still, a little smile would not have killed anybody. However, Siena is beautiful and the breakfast was really good and the accomodation totally fine.

minor problems with leaking plumbing in room. The young lasses attending the office were very helpfull, efficient at making tour bookings and providing directions. A nice touch, beds on arrival were made up as singles, we pushed them together to view iPad and found beds remade as a double after first days excursions. Good location , superret across road, 5 minutes to rail station, reasonable price restaurants close by and an easy walk to all the major attractions. Yes there are stairs,

The hotel is in a great location in historic part of town and near lots of restaurants. We stayed in the double en-suite. It is a private bathroom but you do have to go down into the hall to access the bathroom. All was very clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable and room was spacious. The wi-fi went in and out, but worked well enough for what we needed.

Fabrizio is an excellent man who informed us about what we could do in Siena and its outskirts. He recommended us La Chiachera as a restaurant as well. The hostel was clean and the breakfast good. However, the price is a bit expensive and there are only 2 showers for several rooms..

We stayed at Casa di Antonella for 2 nights. The location is fantastic, only a few minutes walk from the main square and the Duomo. It was on a main street but still very quiet. We opted not to have the breakfast but it looked great. We didn't really see any other guests during our stay so it felt like we had an apartment to ourselves. Fabrizio was very accommodating.

Despite being a little rough around the edges, this place has a lot of charm. It was easy to overlook the slightly stained bedsheets because the owner was so friendly and helpful. The bathrooms were very clean, and a lot of the rooms had fresco paintings on the ceiling. Good value for money and in an excellent location.

Location was great. It was close to both the bus in the piazza and il campo and all the sights. The place is simple and cozy. Farbrizio was great with suggestions and answering questions! Breakfast was lovely and Farbrizio is a great host. Thank you for accommodating our extremely late departure! We really appreciated everything!

We enjoyed very much our stay at Casa di Antonella. The location is perfect, right in the center and yet not noisy (which is important to us). We appreciated the kindness of the host and his good advice for eating out!

Fabrizio is a great proprietor and makes a Great frittata!! We stayed during the days before the Palio horse race and had many good conversations about the event and other Siena historical facts. We met other nice people and are a Great breakfast every day. The location is prime, right between Piazza Gramsci and Il Campo. If you like to make your own sandwiches, Connad is Very close. It's not a cheap stay when compared to a hostel, but the value is extremely good and it's money well spent.

We had a really wonderful stay here. The location is great, so close to the Piazza del Campo and loads of places to eat. The room was clean and spacious with some beautiful frescoes on the ceiling. The bathrooms were always very clean. The breakfast was really tasty and Fabrizio was great. He is full of recommendations and knowledge of Siena, always helpful and easy to talk to. Perfect place to stay! We hope to be back one day.
