Coffee tepid , really a shame for an italian B&B . Lights do switch off automatically at ten o'clock in the evening on the terrace , OK for saving energy , but that early ? Rest is ok , but a more personal touch in fitting up the rooms would be nice .

We stayed at Casa in Laguna for 2 nights, this May and we got really impressed when we saw the room, which was really by the river, with a nice and charming balcony. Marco and his father were extremely nice and helpful. All the place was very clean, the furniture was beautiful. Nice and modern shower. Confortable and large bed. Just 10 minutes walking to San Marco's Square. We highly recommend Casa in Laguna.

Casa in Laguna was a lovely Bed and Breakfast for a couples city break in Venice. Marco, one of the owners, was very sweet and attended to all our needs. The facilities are impressive - the Superior room had a patio directly on one of the canals. Only (small) downsides: the walls are paper thin, so you hear everything going on in the kitchen/common area (there were children during our stay) and the floor is very very cold during the winter months (just bring slippers!).

We loved this place!! It's only minutes away from Piazza San Marco & Ponte Rialto. (The best was the morning walk to the train station. It's a great atmosphere without so many tourists.) Mr. Marco is very friendly and gives you great tips. The room was impeccably clean, the internet is always reliable, and the breakfast was delicious. (He makes a great cappuccino, btw.) We felt right at home. It's always very safe regardless of the time.
