Located in a XVII century property, our apartments have central heating, fitted kitchens and air conditioning and they offer quick access to places like the Colosseum, Piazza Venezia, the Roman Forum and many other sites.
Each apartment has a triple room (with double bed and sofa bed), an entrance/living room with a table and four chairs.

Latest Review
The apartment is just close to Termini station and in a walking distance from Coliseum. The area is quite calm. The one of two problems I had it is with finding the apartment, because there is no notice on the door. Fortunately I met Italian couple who was so nice and called the owner. So have phone with you :) The second problem with internet connection. It didn't work. In my case, it was holidays and the owner couldn't come to repair the connection. So check it before owner leaves you.

Cancellation Policy
This property has a 3 day cancellation policy.Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay.

Check in: 1300 to 2100.
Arrivals after 2100 shall incur a penalty of €50.
We have a 72hr cancellation policy.
Breakfast is not included.
Local tourist tax is not included in the rates and will be added to your balance upon arrival at a rate of €2 per person per night (max 10 nights).
Guests must pay a €100 security deposit upon arrival; this shall be refunded at check-out.
