The apartment is just close to Termini station and in a walking distance from Coliseum. The area is quite calm. The one of two problems I had it is with finding the apartment, because there is no notice on the door. Fortunately I met Italian couple who was so nice and called the owner. So have phone with you :) The second problem with internet connection. It didn't work. In my case, it was holidays and the owner couldn't come to repair the connection. So check it before owner leaves you.
