This is a nice old apartment building where a few rooms have been converted into a hotel. The room/bathroom were pretty clean, but the floor was dusty. Within a quick walk of the old city. I would recommend it.

The room is very nicely decorated with a couple of old armchairs and nice, if old, carpets, giving it a more lush feel than we were expecting. The location is excellent as it is very close by the railway station in Siena, although if one is arriving by bus at plaza gramsci then it is further away, about 15-20 min walk, as the casa is outside the historical centre and city walls.
