The holiday house is located in Letojanni ,in the old fishermen's village near Taormina (only 5km) on the Sicilian Ionian Coast,only 20m from the seaside .
The house are close at bar,restaurant ,shop

House of the Sailor of 74square meters, that dates back to the years 1780;
while maintaining the characteristics of that period the house has been entirely restored. The walls of the perimeter have remained intact and
parts of the pavements are made out of local baked clay paving stones.
The two-storey house is accessible by a nice alley. In the entrance that
separates the two storeys there is a hall that has maintained the
characteristics and the flavour of that period,internet Wi-fi acess in all room , a kitchen-living room, with
air-conditioned , a stove with four burners, a refrigerator and a
small freezer; also there is kitchen equipment such as dishes, plates,
saucepans; there is also a washing machine, double divan bed, satellite TV
and a bathroom with shower.

The prices are for house all included water ,energy ,gas,air cold/hot ,sheets,linen towels ,blankets and cleaning house final and internet acess.
