Need to take a bus in to the centre and there was a mix-up with the booking. We were given a double when we booked a twin, but in the end got 2 singles for the same price, but with shared bathroom. Still, owners are lovely, even giving us a ride to Valparaiso and lending us their metro card.

There was no hot water, and Viña was really cold! We only saw the staff by the time we arrived. We stayed there for 3 nights and couldn't get any kind of help with the staff cause they were just gone. When we left, there wasn't anyone even to get back the front door key we had received before. There was a child next door that I believe was the owner's daughter, that couldn't stop listenning her songs in a very loud way. We asked her twice to turn the volume down but nothing was done. Thats bad!
