+ Nice building well restructured; beautiful view of San Gimignano from the pool. - 4,5 km off road to reach the place; only breakfast available (there's no restaurant service); missing a bit of character; garden could be kept more clean (we made slalom among dog's poooos).

We enjoyed our 3 day stay with the lovely staff!!! they were really NICE! The breakfast could be improved :D. Anyway, we will certainly come back!!!
